Dr Kinghan always listens attentively. He understands your concerns and takes prompt action (filling in on behalf of my daughter's appointment 19.9.17).

Good - was able to see nurse in less than 2 weeks.
Could be improved - nurse impatient and it felt like I was a nuisance to her. It would be nice if she had been friendly.

Recently called at surgery because I had a urinary infection (on chemo weekly).
Maria was extremely helpful, said to see practice nurse then changed to Dr Rudman who prescribed antibiotics on one visit, went home with them which is very helpful as I am also caring for my husband who had a chest infection - well done.
